I'M ON A BOAT

While Cartagena itself is lovely, its beaches are average (saying this as someone from Miami), and everyone says the picturesque waters are further out, near the Rosario Islands. That’s why we want to rent a couple of boats to take a day trip!

Boatinerary

The idea would be, roughly speaking, as follows:

9am– depart to Isla Grande (hang for 2 hours to swim/snorkel/sunbathe)
11:30am– sail towards Cholón (2 hours to party and chill)
2pm– sail to Playa Azul (90mins to hang)
3:30pm– sail back to Cartagena

Based on my research, I think we should rent these two boats, with each assuming a max capacity of 10-14 people so we can be comfortable:

Assuming 20 people total (this many expressed interest), this would come out to $87 a person for the rentals. We will provide water, beer and snacks for the boats but please bring cash for lunch on the islands.
